Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the technology sector.
- Keen understanding of the Philippine job market, especially in tech roles.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, local job boards, and tech communities.
- Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles effectively.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and electronic recruitment tools.
