- Completion of four years of college in a relevant discipline +4 years of experience in a related field or completion of an advanced degree (master's or higher) in an applicable and relevant field or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Mortgage Industry – 7+ years Ability to pass a government background check
- Previous experience in Loan Servicing programming – 3+ years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with IT developments and technical requirements.
