As a Technical Project Manager you will help project leaders to drive the execution of technical projects and foster agile ways of working.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Keep the team organized and moving: Coordinate meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to ensure teams remain aligned and productive.

  • Maintain communication clarity: Capture notes, decisions, and action items during client and internal meetings, and share updates promptly with stakeholders.

  • Support tracking and follow-up: Monitor action items, dependencies, and deadlines, following up with the appropriate owners to maintain delivery momentum.

  • Enable effective collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication between cross-functional teams (technical leads, engineers, client stakeholders), helping reduce friction and misunderstandings.

  • Identify project risks and roadblocks: Proactively monitor and work with the technical team to provide solutions to keep the engagement on track.

  • Promote lightweight agile practices: Support the team in using simple, effective agile habits such as ceremonies, visual boards, and feedback loops, to improve predictability and transparency.

Required Experience

  • Experience working with IT or technology teams in an agile environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building relationships to influence and drive change.

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • Demonstrated qualities of a strong team player with a proactive mindset.

  • Agile mindset, with experience performing Scrum Master duties or facilitating agile ceremonies across multiple teams.

  • Advanced English level (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing data or software projects, preferably in analytics, ML/AI, or data engineering environments.

  • Experience in cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to remain positive, confident, and resourceful in complex or unexpected situations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate between business and technical stakeholders.

  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate technical challenges and program execution.

  • Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management are a plus.

  • Understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred.
