Your Part in this Growth Story:

In this role you will be contributing your knowledge and ideas to help our Professional Services team with implementation projects of Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) family of products. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery to clients, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.


This is a hybrid position – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote – and will report to the Director of Professional Services for the Americas.

Your Impact on The Organization: 

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive project plans and communication strategies; ensure clients receive standardized project templates.
  • Organize and lead project kick-off meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders to establish alignment and expectations.
  • Execute the approved project plan, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate and current project timelines, budgets, and status reports within Smartsheet.
  • Continuously update resource allocations; proactively request or release resources in alignment with project execution needs.
  • Oversee task assignments and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, providing regular updates on financial performance and expenditure tracking.
  • Coordinate with Finance to initiate invoice generation in accordance with established project milestones.
  • Govern project scope and implement the change control process when modifications are required

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Facilitate the clear definition and communication of roles and responsibilities across all project stakeholders, including sponsors, clients, and technical teams.
  • Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings, capturing key decisions and actionable items to ensure accountability.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team environment that promotes transparency, alignment, and effective communication.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels; address concerns with urgency and professionalism.

Risk Management & Process Improvement

  • Identify and assess risks related to service delivery; develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Apply industry best practices to enhance service delivery performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support dynamic resource management, ensuring alignment with the Professional Services project pipeline.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Experience & Professional Background

  • 5+ years of experience managing software development and implementation projects in complex environments and mid-to-large companies.
  • Proven track record delivering these kinds of projects on time and within budget.

Project Management Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of the Project Management discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Solid knowledge in resource management and resource forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple service delivery projects concurrently.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or German is highly valued.
  • Excellent facilitator and team leader with a collaborative approach.
  • Superior customer service attitude with a professional, courteous, and objective demeanor.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to act promptly across multiple project events.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong capacity to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Technical Knowledge (Plus)

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, programming languages, communication protocols, and networking.
  • Experience with WLA implementation/conversion projects
