About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in .NET Core, Microsoft Azure, Microservices, and BOT development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design and architecture, coupled with proven leadership and project management experience. This role requires driving end-to-end project execution while fostering collaboration across teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and oversee the complete lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, task distribution, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress, proactively address risks/issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance in Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, and Azure to support the team in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and QA processes throughout the development lifecycle.
- Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, delivering clear communication on progress, risks, and updates.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings, presenting reports to sponsors and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance, optimizing workflows, and adopting best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and apply them to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in technical project management.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle software projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Azure certifications are a strong plus.
