Technical Project Manager - LATAM

We seek a skilled Technical Program/Project Manager specializing in Digital Product Development and QA process to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent program and project management skills, and a passion for driving the development of innovative digital products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business and user needs.
The impact you'll make:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital product development projects: release planning and sizing.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Roadmapping and dependency management
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
- Understand and pivot ideas with Product and Architecture for technical guidance and support of the development team.
- Discuss with Architecture and Product that technical solutions align with program/project goals and meet quality standards.
- Risk Management.
- Budget and Resource Management.
- Quality assurance.
What you'll bring to us:
- 8+ years of experience managing mid to large-scale technology programs or projects, preferably at an international scale, within IT/software companies.
- 8+ years working in an Agile/scale responsibility Scrum Master Role
- Experience in Agile transformation and implementing Agile practices in non-mature agile organizations
- An accountable, proactive, self-motivated attitude, being able to work autonomously and with a great sense of ownership/ accountability.
- A client-centric approach, being adaptable to foster change in dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile Management tools administration (E.g.Jira)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Advanced English level (essential/mandatory).
