The Role

Description

Tiger Analytics is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who will successfully manage projects to ensure that our deployments are delivered on time and produce the desired results. In this role, you will be orchestrating all project-related activities, managing timelines, and bringing the required resources to support the project's success

Requirements
  • Manages the development and implementation of a company's products and services to success
  • Acts as project manager - monitoring the program from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. Gathers input from the project team and acts independently to develop a plan for projects of moderate to significant scope which may include novel products or services
  • Uses agile tools approaches/methodologies and templates to guide and develop a product road map, prioritize the features and requirements for the product and manage the product backlog.
  • May lead multiple limited to moderate-scope projects simultaneously. Programs may be moderate to complex in nature or one large program with cross-functional teams in numerous locations
  • Provides assistance with the coordination of deliverables and project assets to assist the project team
  • Oversees the work of the project team (indirectly supervised) involving members from a wide range of disciplines including application engineering, cloud, BI, and data engineering

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study
  • Minimum experience required is 10-12 years with around 5 years of project management experience with end-to-end delivery
  • Relevant experience in Progam management, technology architecture, data platform/products
  • Azure ADO experience is must have
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of concepts with program management approaches, tools, and methodologies
  • A strong understanding of Financial analytics is good to have
  • Build a data platform for the customer domain
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience in executing projects in Agile Methodology
  • Strong people Management skills
