How to contribute to our vision 

Our team of Technical Project Managers within NPI is responsible for the development, implementation and support for the production equipment needed to produce Nacelles worldwide. 

 

To ensure we can execute our growing project pipeline we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to run and ensure on-time delivery of projects related to New Product Introductions and New Plants, Technology Transfers and internal improvement and cost out projects. Most projects are being executed outside Denmark.  

 

What are my responsibilities? 

  • You will in terms of project management be responsible for planning and overseeing the equipment workstream from scoping to commissioning activities.  

  • Stakeholder interface and management with internal and external parties.  

  • Budget responsibility (OPEX/CAPEX) for equipment development, sourcing and installation in accordance with relevant processes and procedures. 

  • Creating and updating the equipment installation plan. 

  • Facilitate sub supplier selection for equipment design, manufacturing, services and maintenance.  

  • Functionally lead and manage (within the project environment) tooling resources.  

  • Support Risk Management, Opportunities and Claim Management. 

 

Your qualifications 

  • Probably you have a technical background or higher technical understanding. 

  • 5+ years of experience from a production or construction environment. Preferably from the wind industry or large-scale manufacturing with a proven track record of complex projects.
  • If you have experience it is preferably from the wind industry or large-scale manufacturing 

  • You possess strong Project Management skills and experience in budget control

  • Comfortable working in an international, multi-cultural team and capable of working effectively across department boundaries in a large organization. 

  • As a person you are open-minded and proactive with a quality-oriented and structured approach 

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and verbally. 

  • Willing to travel approx. 60-90 travel days per year when we have start of productions for new factories or products.
