How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our strong and steady Project Management team. You will manage/execute marketing projects per the direction of the Client and the Internal Sales and Account teams.

  • Work together to win together: The Technical Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Project Management. You will work closely alongside our internal teams of Quality Control, Account Manager, and other Project Managers.
  • Innovate with purpose: As part of the technical project management team, you will partner with data programmers to ensure accurate execution, including the mandate of quality checks at every stage of the production process.

  • Impact: You will Collaborate with the account team on audience targeting, test strategies, and reporting/analytics requirements.
  • Career Growth: If successful, the Technical Project Manager may gain exposure to other clients where you can make the most impact. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Senior level role helping to mentor more junior project managers and hone your leadership skills.

    • Must be able to understand and articulate business requirements as conveyed by internal or external clients and have the ability to turn written and verbal instructions into comprehensive Business Requirements.
    • Must be reliable, self-directed, and capable of using sound judgment to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive and can anticipate needs, take initiative with excellent follow through, and requires little direction or supervision.
    • Able to negotiate, manage conflict, and create win-win solutions to challenges and issues.
    • Must be able to work on multiple large programs simultaneously, manage change, and think critically to complete projects
    • Initiative – Able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
    • Problem Solving – Capable of problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making.
    • Collaboration – Must be comfortable interacting with staff/colleagues of varying levels. Able to build relationships with a variety of individual personalities.
    • Organization – Can remain focused under pressure in a demanding environment. Able to negotiate, manage conflict, and create win-win solutions to challenges and issues.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
    • Experience in the marketing industry
    • 3-5+ years of related project management experience.
    • Experience in Direct Mail, Email, and/or Digital Marketing Experience
    • Automotive Marketing Experience
