Technical Project Manager

What you’ll achieve
As a Project manager you will be part of our highly successful Development team, utilizing your skills in the development and enhancement of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:

Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience on developing technical solutions using Java/J2EE and understanding of modern applications
-
2-5 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
-
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
-
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
-
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-
PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Desirable Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field.

Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).

Experience in managing software development projects.

Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
