In This Role

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of a business-critical application supporting cloud infrastructure and GPU capacity deployment workflows. You will partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, coordinate feature delivery, and support testing, user acceptance, and production releases. You will also manage incoming user questions, coordinate incident resolution, track enhancement requests, validate functionality, and maintain clear documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. This position offers hands-on exposure to technical product operations, business analysis, cloud infrastructure, and cross-functional software delivery, with opportunities to take ownership of operational workflows and drive improvements that support business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support for an enterprise application, including triaging user questions, investigating issues, coordinating troubleshooting, and tracking resolutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs for application enhancements, maintenance requests, and new features.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for engineering teams.

• Coordinate application enhancements and maintenance requests throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through development, testing, and production deployment.

• Maintain and prioritize backlogs, track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely execution.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate production incidents, coordinate issue resolution, communicate status updates, and drive corrective actions through closure.

• Perform initial functional validation in sandbox and test environments before coordinating business user acceptance testing.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), document test results and defects, collect stakeholder feedback, and track issues through resolution and business sign-off.

• Support production releases by coordinating deployment readiness, communicating release updates, and confirming that delivered functionality is available to business users.

• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, incidents, testing results, decisions, feature requests, and release activities.

• Prepare for and support recurring application business reviews by tracking open issues, feature requests, action items, decisions, and stakeholder responsibilities.

• Develop status updates, project documentation, and presentations to communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes to stakeholders.

• Apply established project management and software development processes to support application quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in technical product management, product operations, program management, business analysis, or enterprise application support.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

• Experience coordinating technology or software delivery initiatives across business stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.

• Experience managing feature requests, maintenance activities, or application enhancements from initial requirements through implementation.

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, including troubleshooting coordination, issue tracking, and resolution of production problems.

• Knowledge of functional testing, defect tracking, user acceptance testing, and business sign-off processes.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to maintain backlogs, track dependencies, manage competing priorities, and drive outstanding items to closure.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risks, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions across multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to learn complex business processes and enterprise applications quickly while maintaining accurate documentation and consistent operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management, work-item tracking, requirements documentation, and delivery coordination.

• Familiarity with incident management systems and processes, including incident tracking, escalation, status communication, and resolution follow-through.

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, supply chain applications, capacity planning, GPU deployment, or related technical business operations.

• Experience working with business-critical applications that serve multiple stakeholder groups or organizations.

• Exposure to cloud supply chain environments, including those associated with major cloud service providers.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, Outlook, and related documentation and communication workflows.

• Experience coordinating application maintenance requests, feature enhancements, testing cycles, production releases, and post-release support.

• Experience preparing operational reports, business review materials, status presentations, and stakeholder communications.
