The role involves partnering with Technology teams to understand new business opportunities and translating functional requirements into detailed stories. The candidate will work closely with the Product team, manage customer-related communications, handle vendor requests, and demonstrate a strong understanding of TPM fundamentals. They will act as a bridge between Product and Development to ensure all requirements are identified, documented, and delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering closely with Product and Development teams to design and establish specifications for delivery.
- Engaging with external vendors and third-party partners to align on integrations, delivery timelines, and service expectations.
- Collaborating with customer-facing teams to gather insights, prioritise features, and address pain points.
- Translating business requirements into detailed development stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Analysing current designs to ensure implications of changes are understood and incorporated into development discussions.
- Determining development impacts on current processing and working with programmers and users to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Managing stakeholder expectations through data-driven discussions.
- Performing technical analysis of platform hardware and software to validate feasibility of business and functional requirements.
- Producing system design documentation in line with standards and leading reviews of technical requirements.
- Documenting and coordinating audit controls and compliance requirements.
- Providing technical support to business owners during implementation of new products or services.
- Operating within a high-performing Agile Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
