• Responsible for leading the project, managing the developers, providing technical guidance. Participate in the entire process of daily development management, including requirement analysis, prototype design, development, testing, and launch.
• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules. Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies and solutions.  
• Coordinate between different teams including development, QA, design and external vendors.  
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.  
• Continuously improve project management processes and team productivity.  
• 负责领导项目，管理开发人员，技术指导。参与日常的开发全流程管理，需求分析，原型设计，开发，测试，上线。
• 负责技术项目的规划、执行和交付管理。  
• 制定并维护项目计划、进度。识别项目风险及问题，提出应对策略和解决方案。  
• 协调各部门团队，包括开发、测试、设计及外部供应商。  
• 确保项目交付物符合质量标准和客户需求。  
• 持续优化项目管理流程，提高团队工作效率。   

• Bachelor degree or above. Major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.  
• At least 5 years of experience in participating in software development as a programmer
• Have experience in developing with one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python, Vue, Angular.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.  
• At least having a PMP certificate or an ACP certificate. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).  
• Fluent in English. Be able to communicate with foreign colleagues without any obstacles
• Experience in managing cross-functional technical teams and projects.  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.  
• 全日制本科及以上学历。计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业毕业。 
• 至少5年作为一个程序员参与软件开发经验
• 拥有C#，Java，Python，Vue， Angular其中一种开发经验。
• 至少5年项目管理或相关工作经验。  
• 至少拥有PMP证书或者ACP证书，具备软件开发生命周期及方法论知识（敏捷、Scrum、瀑布等）。
• 英语流利，能够和外国同事无障碍交流
• 有管理跨职能技术团队及项目的经验。  
• 优秀的沟通、协调及领导能力。 
•  强大的问题解决能力及抗压能力。

• Have experience related to AI projects
• Proficient in using SQL, capable of performing operations such as adding, deleting, querying and modifying.
• Experience with software development technologies and architecture.  
• Experience working in international teams.  
• 有AI项目相关经验。
• 熟练使用SQL，能够实现增删查改
• 具备软件开发技术及架构相关知识者优先。 
• 有国际团队工作经验者优先。
