Technical Project Manager (Web Team)

• Oversee project lifecycles from planning through execution, with a particular focus on the continuous improvement and maintenance of our church's website and mobile app.
• Collaborate with UX and software development teams to define project scope, set milestones, and achieve quality outcomes that drive our digital presence.
• Represent the Digital Experience Team in communications with partner ministries and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement timely, effective solutions.
• Contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to enhance digital services and user experiences.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation and status reports.

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of technical processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other contemporary project methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• A continuous learning mindset, with the willingness to embrace new skills and tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Elevation Church
• Experience working in a church or non-profit environment
• Basic understanding of digital design and UX principles.
• Introductory experience in software development environments.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or related project management methodologies.
• Prior experience or an interest in working within a church or ministry context.
• Exposure to innovative problem-solving techniques and creative project management approaches.

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment.  Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced.  We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard.  But we’re good at playing hard, too.  We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
