As a Technical Project Manager specializing in technical delivery within a consulting environment, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical software, data, and AI solutions across multiple client accounts simultaneously. You will bridge technical execution and client relationship management, ensuring high-quality project outcomes, tight scope control, and exceptional client satisfaction. Experience in payment solutions is a strong plus, as you will oversee complex implementations in financial technology and transaction processing ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and enterprise solutions across multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Partner with client stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leads to define project scope, deliverables, technical roadmaps, and success metrics
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting across concurrent client streams
- Drive delivery excellence in a consulting environment, maintaining boutique agility while operating at enterprise scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional software, data, and AI teams to ensure seamless execution and architectural alignment
- Oversee technical implementations involving payment solutions, gateway integrations, transaction processing, or fintech architectures
- Utilize AI-assisted project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, reporting, and team velocity (not depend on AI entirely to do your work for you)
- Foster strong client relationships, achieving world-class satisfaction and serving as a trusted technical delivery advisor
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos) and ensure continuous alignment between client expectations and engineering delivery
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a consulting or professional services environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and technical projects simultaneously
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software engineering, cloud architectures, data pipelines, and AI/ML solutions
- Experience in payment solutions, payment gateways, processing protocols, or fintech integrations is a strong plus
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, project lifecycle management, and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for executive client stakeholders
- Strong scope management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced client-facing environments
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimize project planning, execution, and operational efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of driving high client satisfaction
This role is based in the US and only open to citizens and permanent residents of the US who do not require visa sponsorship.
