As a Technical Project Manager III in Commercial & Investment Bank, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
- Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
- Knowledge of Agile framework; expertise in JIRA, Scrum methodology.
- Understanding technical aspects for Application Development projects, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, observability/telemetry tools and Incident Management
