The Team and Role:

A project manager plans, organizes, and leads a project team to complete a specific project on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Key responsibilities include defining goals, managing risks, ensuring quality, leading the team, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Project managers require strong skills in leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving to successfully deliver projects across various industries.

• Plan and execute projects end-to-end

• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks 

• Allocate resources and resolve issues

• Stakeholder communication and reporting

• The main focus of project manager is to delivery of specific projects

• This position required partnership with the global marketing, Design, engineering, and operations teams to develop and launch products and packages with multiple manufacturers worldwide

• Develop product and package configuration details, including SKU planning and BOM creation, manage related changes from the pilot build phase through post-MP sustaining

• Ensure that the developed product and package quality achieve the desired experiences without major issues

• Early identification of project risks, with full evaluation and mitigation plans in place; requires tracking progress until successful market launch

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Able to collaborate with a functional team in a global environment.• Has solid project management experience in consumer electronics and accessories.• Possesses good knowledge, practical experience, and skills in leading and managing a full technical project from the concept stage to product launch into mass production

• Ability to develop a comprehensive project development timeline using proper tools

• Good understanding of Bills of Materials, as well as engineering and manufacturing change management skills

• Effective use of Google/Office applications (spreadsheets, Word, presentation software) and cloud-based applications

• Fluent English communication skills in a global company.• Experience managing retail packages or brand products is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration
