- Customer Interface & Requirements Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and clearly defining and delivering on customer requirements.
- Project Delivery & Risk Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and proactively manage project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Issue Resolution & Change Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, managing customer-driven changes and their impact on scope and timeline.
- Team Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate across hardware, software, and production teams to communicate requirements and ensure the smooth implementation and validation of the project deliverables.
What you bring with you
- Educational Background: Successfully completed university degree in an engineering field.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive battery management systems (BMS) or ECU/electronics development.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with embedded C or C++ and understanding of the SCRUM process. Experience in circuit design and electric powertrains is a plus.
- Problem-Solving & Leadership: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
- Customer Focus & Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers and internal teams in English (German is a plus).
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the drive to take ownership and responsibility for project success.
