- We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (PM) to lead and manage an end-to-end data modernization and application development initiative.
- The role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

- echnical Oversight Understand and oversee the architecture and technical design of data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and application components.
- Collaborate with data engineering, application development, and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts to keep the project on track.
- Risk & Quality Management Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project quality through reviews, testing, and validation processes.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, cloud best practices, and organizational policies.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and services relevant to data modernization (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, EMR, Athena).
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL, ELT, data lakes, data warehousing, streaming).
- Awareness of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of application development technologies (Java, .NET, Python, or modern frameworks).
- Project Management Skills ********* 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, ideally involving both data and application streams.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
