Job Description:
Tech PM JD - Technical Program/Project Management (TPM) Role:
- Drive end-to-end delivery tracking for features and initiatives
- Mange Cross-Team dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate with multiple engineering squads in Scrum/SAFe Agile
- Track execution progress, impediments, and release readiness
- Ensure alignment between roadmap commitments and execution
- Strong ownership mindset – “Get Things Delivered”

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with other Product Managers, development teams and the Core Product business teams
- Strong technical analysis skills to drive complex application designs and documentation (Functional \ Technical Interface Specifications, User Stories)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with agile & waterfall development methodologies
- Display high degree of initiative & self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
- High energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
- Able to document and understand business process models
- Knowledge and experience of data modelling techniques
- Cards and Payment industry knowledge
- Demonstrated prior experience as a successful product manager for at least one product in the market
- Prior experience with gathering technical requirements for Java backend systems and web UI's, with REST based web services; JSON, XML.
- Technologically savvy. Perhaps a software or data engineer by training. Proficient with data-intensive applications (APIs, Java, Spring, Containers, Microservices, Eventing)
- Proficient in SAFe Agile
- Organized. Able to take wild, loose, and varied abstract inputs from all over and evolve into iterative concrete action within a tool like JIRA, Aha
