Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for International Client interaction
- Communicate received information and details to the respective team
- Keep track of the status report
- Analyze the report to identify key performance criteria
- Proactive to suggest and explain the analyzed data
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that address client pain points. Prepare detailed proposals, business cases, and responses to RFPs/RFIs (Requests for Proposal/Information).
- Assist in estimating project scope, timelines, and effort for proposed solutions.
Requirements
Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication.
