The CTO Operations and PMO team is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of projects for the CTO Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing complex technology projects and process improvement initiatives. Portfolio will include R&D and other technology projects that bring together systems, software, AI/ML, and data management components. Many of these projects span across different business applications/units and involve cross-functional stakeholders. Effective collaboration, the ability to influence without direct authority, and adaptability across various stakeholders ranging from senior leaders to individual contributors and support staff are fundamental competencies necessary for thriving in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project sponsor, technical lead and cross-functional teams to develop project plans (scope, work-breakdown/milestones, timelines) and manage to these plans within budget and schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks, including managing change requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to stakeholders (including ADI leadership).
  • Develop and refine program management practices to enhance project planning and execution efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (technical field preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in managing technology projects, technical programs or owning a software product (including running projects through a full development cycle).
  • Demonstrated expertise in successfully managing cross-functional teams spanning diverse geographical locations.
  • Experience in successfully employing collaboration and project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Atlassian Suite - JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, etc.
  • Experience in managing modern AI/ML, or enterprise data management projects is preferred.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
