Description

We are building the next generation of data-driven aviation software to revolutionize aircraft maintenance and management. Our customers include airlines, MROs, and aviation vendors who want a more efficient, intelligent, and cost-effective way to business.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you’ll play a pivotal role in turning our product vision into reality. You’ll lead cross-functional execution of critical initiatives, working side-by-side with Product Management to translate strategy into actionable, well-sequenced delivery plans. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-minded TPM who thrives in high-complexity environments and wants to help shape the future of enterprise aviation software.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of complex technical programs across engineering,  product, design, data science, and customer teams.
  • Partner Closely with Product Management: Collaborate on roadmap prioritization, feature scoping, release planning, and      translating product strategy into technical milestones.
  • Technical Program Planning: Define delivery timelines, manage interdependencies, identify risks early, and ensure all      teams are aligned around shared outcomes.
  • Support AI and Data Productization: Help guide the delivery of ML-powered features and robust data pipelines—ensuring      scalability, security, and usability in enterprise environments.
  • Engage with Airline Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between internal teams and external airline customers, managing      integration timelines, data access, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build and Evolve TPM Practices: Help define best practices, tooling, and culture for how we plan, deliver, and communicate      across our technical organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or related role, ideally in enterprise SaaS or data/AI product environments
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience working on software products involving complex system architectures, data pipelines, or ML components
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and scale-up phases
  • Familiarity with modern agile and lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub)
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Background or experience in aviation, aerospace, or enterprise procurement systems
  • Experience with AI/ML-based product development, MLOps, or data platform architecture
  • Prior experience integrating with external enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MRO, procurement platforms)
  • Familiarity with aviation standards such as SPEC2000, ATA e-Business, or AEX (Aeroxchange) integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
