We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (Semi-Senior) to support cross-team delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced engineering environment. This role focuses on coordinating delivery across technical teams while balancing planned roadmap work and unplanned operational requests, using Agile practices (Scrum and Kanban).
You’ll work closely with engineering, platform, and DevOps teams to ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and work moves forward efficiently without blocking teams.
This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone growing into program-level ownership. What you'll do:
- Coordinate delivery across multiple technical teams (engineering, platform, DevOps).
- Support planning and execution of roadmap-driven work while helping manage unplanned or urgent requests.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across teams.
- Help maintain visibility into priorities, capacity, and delivery status.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with stakeholders to align expectations and communicate delivery updates.
- Use Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) to track work and support reporting.
- Continuously look for ways to improve team coordination and delivery flow.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles.
- Experience working with software or engineering teams.
- Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach).
- Experience managing priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Comfortable working in environments with changing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical discussions into clear delivery plans.
- Experience working with platform, DevOps, or infrastructure teams.
- Exposure to operational or support-driven environments.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics (cycle time, throughput, basic delivery reporting).
- Interest in growing toward Technical Program Management responsibilities.
