About the Role

FuriosaAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the implementation and delivery of our card-level and server-level AI solutions in collaboration with global manufacturing partners. In this role, you will manage projects that bring together FuriosaAI’s internal development teams and external hardware partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to balance the technical and business needs of both FuriosaAI’s engineers and our partners. While a foundational understanding of electronics is a plus, we are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow into this role. The position involves frequent meetings in English and requires the ability to manage relationships with overseas partners effectively.

If you’re excited to work at the intersection of hardware and AI, collaborate with global partners, and contribute to groundbreaking projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical projects with global partners to implement FuriosaAI’s card-level and server-level AI solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between FuriosaAI’s internal engineering teams and external hardware partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.

  • Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Facilitate regular project meetings, document discussions, and provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical challenges during project execution.

  • Support the development of clear documentation and guidelines for product integration and deployment.

  • Represent FuriosaAI in discussions with external partners and customers, providing technical and program updates

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English for regular meetings with global partners.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.

  • Basic understanding of electronics or computer systems, or a strong motivation to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as technical project management, technical program management, or partner management.

  • Experience working with hardware or system-level solutions (e.g., servers, cards, or AI accelerators).

  • Familiarity with server manufacturing or integration processes.

  • Ability to manage projects using structured methodologies and tools.

What We Do

FuriosaAI designs and develops data center accelerators for the most advanced AI models and applications.

Our mission is to make AI computing sustainable so everyone on Earth has access to powerful AI.

Our Background
Three misfit engineers with each from HW, SW and algorithm fields who had previously worked for AMD, Qualcomm and Samsung got together and founded FuriosaAI in 2017 to build the world’s best AI chips.

The company has raised more than $100 million, with investments from DSC Investment, Korea Development Bank, and Naver, the largest internet provider in Korea. We have partnered on our first two products with a wide range of industry leaders including TSMC, ASUS, SK Hynix, GUC, and Samsung. FuriosaAI now has over 140 employees across Seoul, Silicon Valley, and Europe.

Our Approach
We are building full stack solutions to offer the most optimal combination of programmability, efficiency, and ease of use. We achieve this through a “first principles” approach to engineering: We start with the core problem, which is how to accelerate.
