We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Nebula tech team. As such, your primary goal will be to oversee and manage complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality level.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage technical tasks, big bets from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define task scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to feature-owners.
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
• Implementation and adjustment of processes.
• Implementation of automation solutions.
• Monitoring to ensure all processes are being followed by the team.
• Continuously measuring the impact and effectiveness of process changes.

About you:

• Over 1 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven history of managing complex projects.
• Strong technical background in any field of technology.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with industry-adopted frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+; 
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovate.
