You will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally. Gather customer feedback and ensure it is incorporated into the platform roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical leads, engineers, and researchers to create the best in class ML platform for development of autonomous driving software.
- Lead projects by managing priorities, tracking success metrics, and communicating project status and plans across the organization and customers.
- Own project requirements, release schedules, meeting milestones, and target KPIs.
- Help us manage the quality and business planning processes; we're a growing organization and you'll have the chance to create, adapt and scale processes.
You have:
- Industry experience in cloud platform or cloud software product or program management.
- Previous hands-on software engineering experience (engineering team management is a plus).
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts, especially neural networks, and an understanding of training, validation, and evaluation processes.
- Proven ability to lead a team on ambitious large scale projects, communicate technical concepts effectively verbally and formally in writing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills in project planning, adjusting priorities, tracking team progress using JIRA (or similar tools).
- Expertise in statistics, data science, or related mathematical problems is a plus.
- BSc/MS degree in Computer science/ Robotics/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Electrical Engineering.
The pay range for this position is estimated to fall in the base range of approximately $150,000 and $250,000. Base compensation for this position will vary based on location, qualifications, and relevant experience. The offered base salary may be above or below this range and compensation for the position may include additional compensation in the form of equity or a bonus/commission.
