Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with solution design experience to lead the redesign of the GrantFinder portal, help sites, and overall workflows, enabled by a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Content Management System (CMS). This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, ensure alignment, and drive the program toward launch.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the redesigned platform aligns with local jurisdiction requirements and serves users effectively.
This position is fully remote within the U.S. and will be a W-2 hourly engagement for 5-6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension.
The hourly rate is $85 - $95. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, 401k, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the GrantFinder portal redesign, integrating BlueConic (CDP) and Brightspot (CMS) to enhance media science and grant services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to align project goals and execution.
- Serve as a participant in solution design, ensuring workflows and user journeys make sense for end users.
- Drive project milestones and maintain accountability for timelines, deliverables, and scope adjustments.
- Facilitate discussions, ask thought-provoking questions, and ensure the technical solutions align with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply workflow design and change management experience to optimize existing processes.
- Ensure a smooth, phased project rollout.
Qualifications
- Experienced Program Manager or Senior Technical Project Manager with solution design expertise.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to absorb complex information quickly, ask the right questions, and guide discussions effectively.
- Familiarity with CDP (Customer Data Platforms) and CMS (Content Management Systems)—not necessarily deep expertise but a strong ability to facilitate discussions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in smaller, fast-moving teams with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Quick start, slow ramp-up mindset—able to get up to speed fast while gradually scaling the program.
