Join our team as a Technical Program Manager, where you will drive the development of cutting-edge wearable and consumer electronics. In this role, you'll lead the execution of hardware programs from conception to delivery, ensuring products meet high standards for signal and power integrity, as well as global EMC compliance. Your expertise will help navigate complex, cross-functional projects, achieving key milestones in a dynamic technology landscape.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful hardware development projects in wearables and consumer electronics.
- Oversee Signal Integrity (SI) workstreams, including testing methodologies and regulatory requirements for EMC compliance.
- Coordinate day-to-day program management activities, including engineering meetings, test lab operations, and other logistics.
- Collaborate with international teams and external test labs to ensure adherence to global EMC standards.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and foster effective communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years in technical program management, with a focus on hardware or consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC principles and testing methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional hardware programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Master’s degree in a related field such as Engineering.
- Experience in the development of AR/VR, wearable, or mobile devices.
- Familiarity with global EMC certification processes and standards.
- Experience working with international teams and navigating external test lab operations.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or similar program management methodologies.
