Join a high-impact team reimagining critical mission workflows through user-centered design techniques and close collaboration with mission users. We are a fast-moving and fun team, building our systems from the ground up with solid cloud-native architecture, including a powerful CI/CD pipeline for fast, repeatable development and deployments. As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind high- performing engineering teams, translating mission needs into clear priorities and ensuring the right work gets done at the right time to make real impact. What you will do in this role:
- Execute delivery of milestones and Minimal Value Increments (MVIs) across the delivery team, monitoring work from planning through delivery and collaborating closely with product owners to ensure alignment of priorities, resources, and deliverables
- Serve as the central point of coordination between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external customers—translating vision into action
- Drive delivery planning across mission and technical teams to create and maintain the product roadmap
- Build stakeholder trust by listening to evolving needs and consistently delivering solutions that exceed expectations
- Communicate program status and risks clearly to a range of audiences, from engineers to executive stakeholders
- Help shape an environment for high-performing teams by aligning scope to capacity and proactively addressing delivery bottlenecks
You may thrive in this role if you have the following skills:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Proven experience managing complex software projects in an Agile environment, ideally within an Intelligence Community setting
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and the ability to tailor them to real-world team dynamics
- Ability to build, track, and communicate project roadmaps and schedules, including dependencies, risks, milestones, and deliverables
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced mission environment
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
You may excel in this role if you have the following skills:
- Prior experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineer, systems engineer, architect) and the ability to engage meaningfully on technical topics such as architecture, data flows, and tech stacks
- Experience delivering solutions using Lean Agile or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across large or multi-team environments
- Experience supporting teams in DevSecOps or cloud-based software delivery pipelines (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Tier I/II support processes and understanding of operational system health
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community data, culture, and mission priorities
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect team outcomes to broader program goals
- Experience or familiarity with cloud concepts and services from providers such as AWS (preferred), Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
