About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to turn expertise, initiative, and bold thinking into real impact on the next generation of AI-driven financial crime detection.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers worldwide, working hand in hand with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to implement AI/ML models, integrate data pipelines, and ensure every deployment lands on time with measurable impact.

This is a fully remote role based in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects with global customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project planning, timelines, and execution while managing cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE).
- Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.
- Present project milestones, results, and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark (Advantage).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Advantage).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (Advantage).
- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese (Advantage).
- Experience in financial crime and compliance such as AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or KYC (Advantage).
