The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the many business systems that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril's supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, people, engineering, field maintenance, quality, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.
The Technical Program Manager, Digital Thread will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our internally developed iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) called Chidori. The successful candidate will ensure the completeness and health of our digital thread across the organization, leveraging digital engineering principles. This role requires a deep understanding of various integration facets and strong project and product management skills to drive our digital transformation vision forward.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the development and implementation of our integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity of data and processes across the product lifecycle.
- Manage digital engineering initiatives, ensuring the adoption of model-based systems engineering practices throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for our integration platform, prioritizing features that enhance our systems engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify integration requirements and design effective solutions using our platform.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement digital engineering projects and ensure successful delivery.
- Establish and maintain best practices for integration development, testing, and deployment using our platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams utilizing the integration platform for their engineering and business needs.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in digital engineering, model-based systems engineering, and integration technologies to drive innovation within our platform.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 2 years focusing on systems integration, digital engineering, or similar technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of digital engineering principles, model-based systems engineering, iPaaS, API management, and various integration patterns.
- Experience leading the development and implementation of large-scale integration initiatives or similar technical projects.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture and how various systems interact within a digital engineering ecosystem.
- Excellent project and product management skills, with the ability to drive complex digital transformation initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into engineering solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for managing software and systems engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a digital engineering environment.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements related to systems integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
US Salary Range
$168,000—$252,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
