Job Summary
This job supports technical program planning and milestone tracking activities within established engineering processes and frameworks. It assists experienced program managers in documenting requirements, gathering data, and maintaining program records. The job contributes to cross-functional collaboration while learning standard program management methodologies and tools. Works under general supervision and may require training and detailed instructions for assigned tasks. As an entry-level EDM, you will support delivery execution within a single team or small project area. You'll assist with agile ceremonies, track progress in Jira, and help identify blockers. You'll work under close guidance from more senior TPMs or EDMs.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting technical program planning activities and milestone tracking under guidance from experienced team members
- Assisting with research and documentation tasks to help achieve program objectives using established processes
- Contributing to cross-functional team collaboration by gathering and organizing program-related information
- Following project plans and technical specifications while completing assigned program tasks with supervision
- Maintaining basic program records and helping identify critical path items using standard tracking tools
- Participating in the development of program goals by providing input and following established frameworks
- Learning engineering processes and helping document opportunities for improving program efficiency
- Supporting schedule management by tracking assigned tasks and reporting progress to program leadership
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

- Platform Delivery Leadership
- Support a single team's delivery execution under guidance.
- Track progress and surface blockers to senior EDMs.
- Agile SDLC Implementation
- Assist in scheduling and documenting agile ceremonies.
- Learn and apply Freewheel's SDLC practices.
- Planning & Capacity Management
- Help maintain Jira boards and sprint plans.
- Track team availability and flag inconsistencies.
- Process Improvement & Coaching
- Observe team workflows and suggest minor improvements.
- Participate in retrospectives and document action items.
- Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
- Share basic status updates with internal team.
- Escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
Job Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's)
- Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Introductory knowledge of Jira or similar tools
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail in tracking tasks and updates
- Abilities:
- Follow guidance and learn from senior team members

Primary Location Pay Range: $35.70 - $53.55
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $35.70 - $56.10
