This is a full-time position designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success. The primary responsibility involves acting as the bridge between technical teams (Engineering) and business teams (Sales, Client Success), to provide deep expertise when it comes to support and improvement of our SaaS product(s). The ideal candidate would have job experience in a similar product support role. Candidates must enjoy and work well with technology and possess great written and verbal communication skills.

Other responsibilities include tracking support issues, helping set up and implement new client locations, creating training materials and release notes, and helping to prioritize development of new features based on client feedback. This person will likely be trained to use development tools for issue investigation and data manipulation as a part of their duties.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the infusion provider and pharmacy healthcare model
  • Act as a subject matter expert on product functionality, specifications, and limitations
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product design and quality
  • Troubleshoot and document software operational and technical issues

  • Provide excellent client service with friendly, professional responses

  • Experience pushing feature requests and/or working alongside an engineering sprint
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart
  • Have exceptional ability to articulate complex technology to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with customers and focusing on improving user experience
  • Ability to say: “I don’t know, but I can get that answer for you” and then follow-up with the client
  • Project management skills: ability to juggle and evaluate competing priorities, keep stakeholders aligned, and move things across the finish line
  • Excellent computer skills: Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, and all Microsoft Office Applications
  • A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently (but understand we won’t leave you on an island)
