Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner with strong expertise in Data Platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet user needs and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and software engineers to define product requirements and deliver new features 
• Support the execution of the product roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and epics.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering leads.
• Analyze customer, partner, and internal feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate product releases and performance using metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
• Participate in customer and partner discussions to gather requirements and clarify integration use cases.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices for data handling and API management.
• Continuously improve Agile and operational practices within the scrum team to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Sales to drive execution and adoption.

Education, Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner 
• Experience building or supporting data platforms, APIs, or ETL tools.
• Technically hands-on with an ability to understand the architecture and constraints of integration platforms and services.
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with a collaborative working style.
• Skilled in Agile development processes, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset and experience using quantitative methods to guide decisions.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
