  • Align product strategy with long-term goals for data governance and scalability
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Technical product ownership experience, ideally within data platform teams
  • Hands-on background or strong understanding of data engineering concepts
  • ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, and transformation workflows experience required
  • Deep understanding of Kafka and event-driven architectures required
  • Experience with data governance, data lineage, and platform reliability
  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives with multiple dependencies
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on improving usability and self-service features
  • Experience working in asset management, internal tooling, or enterprise data platforms is a plus
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with graph data models or graph technology
  • Exposure to platform product management, self-services products, and/or internal developer tooling
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, governance)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 annually
This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay a Senior Product Owner. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant factors including experience, skills, location, and client billing.

Our success over the past 20 years is rooted in our exceptional team, which thrives in a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
We are proud to offer our employees a range of benefits, including competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements, all designed to help them thrive. As we continue to expand, we remain committed to cultivating an environment where people feel valued, have a voice, and are given the tools to grow—both personally and professionally—while pushing the boundaries of innovation in the fintech industry.
