Technical Product Owner_Mobility Innovation

Location: Bangalore, India

Opportunity: Get Well is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to own the technical delivery of mobile experiences across iOS, Android, and PWAs on BYOD and clinical devices, including mobile Gen AI, security and MDM, and device hardware capabilities. In this role, you will shape innovative product strategies by owning technical delivery, backlog, sprint execution, and engineering coordination. You will closely collaborate with the US Senior PM of Patient and Family Experience to drive the roadmap while working cross-functionally with engineering and reporting into India product leadership / India PM. Your work will ensure that our mobile products continue to lead in innovation within the healthcare technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dual-OS Mobile Apps: Drive feature lifecycles for iOS, Android, and PWAs on BYOD and clinical devices.
• Mobile Gen AI & Innovation: Implement mobile AI capabilities such as clinical voice dictation and virtual assistants.
• Security & MDM: Govern application containerization, compliance rules, and enterprise MDM integrations.
• Hardware & Biometrics: Own full-stack use of device cameras, scanning, biometrics, and BLE positioning.
• App Store Lifecycle: Manage enterprise store distribution, secure code signing, and version rollouts.
• Mobility Analytics: Own dashboards tracking BYOD enrollment, active sessions, and feature stickiness.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Co-own shared responsibilities including offline resiliency, performance & latency, SDLC release alignment, payload validation, tenant onboarding, and graceful failover UX.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years as a PO / technical PO with mobile delivery. Experience with native (iOS/Android) and/or PWA delivery.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Familiarity with MDM and enterprise mobility, along with a strong background in Agile backlog ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare or clinical mobile experience.
• Experience with device hardware integration: camera, biometrics, BLE.
• Exposure to mobile Gen AI or voice dictation.
• Experience with enterprise app store distribution and code signing.
