Technical Product Owner, Exstream

Country: Norway

As Technical Product Owner, Exstream, you and the team hold great knowledge about our Exstream solutions and the processes around them. You know how to optimize the use of the application and processes, and how to manage these efficiently both from a cost and traffic/response perspective. You are heavily involved in ensuring that users and business can run these without interruptions. 

Your main activity will be to ensure stable and always available systems, and that all teams utilize the systems’ capabilities. You ensure deliveries and work closely with business and end users, requiring a deep understanding of business processes. You and the team are involved in obsolescence and similar activities, requiring strong business logic and application flow understanding. 

This is a temporary full-time position covering parental leave for approximately 10 months and can be based in Lysaker, Helsinki, Solna or Hvidovre. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Be ultimately responsible for the assets/applications and coherent processes 
  • Build and maintain the systems 
  • Act as SME when teams face challenges involving systems, development or incidents 
  • Ensure sufficient estimation and planning of activities with teams, balancing maintenance, incidents, and business development 
  • Work with stakeholders to own and drive a short and mid-term roadmap 
  • Deliver high quality within time and cost for application deliveries 
  • Participate actively in delivery planning and execution with the Delivery Leader 
  • Maximize standardization and re-usability of solutions 
  • Own the backlog and development tasks aligned with priorities and projects 
  • Drive collaboration and cross-team efficiencies

Experience and education: 

  • Minimum three years of experience within PO/Technical PO domain in software development 
  • Solid understanding of IT services, including security 
  • Experience with CCM platforms 
  • Certified Product Owner or similar is an advantage 
  • Programming experience is a benefit 
  • Certification in Agile methods such as SCRUM
