Technical Product Owner_Admin Content Systems

Location: Bangalore, India

Opportunity: Get Well is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to own the technical delivery of the management console and content systems—the central admin portal, the content module (CMM), media ingestion and CDN distribution, and third-party meal and medication integrations—that operational teams use to configure and scale deployments. In this role, you will be responsible for console and content technical delivery, backlog, sprint execution, and engineering coordination. You will work closely with the US Product Manager of Internal Tooling and Support while reporting into India product leadership / India PM to elevate our internal and operational tools within the healthcare technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Console: Own the full-stack lifecycle of the central admin portal and access management.
• Content Module (CMM): Govern the core framework to upload, version, and deploy localized datasets.
• Media Ingestion & CDNs: Manage ingestion pipelines, CDN distribution, and streaming for health videos.
• Meal & Med Integrations: Oversee data schemas, streams, and parsing for third-party meal ordering and drug guides.
• Console Device Controls: Co-own admin UI workflows for device config, room mapping, and remote restarts.
• Console Analytics: Own tracking for admin portal sessions, bandwidth, and data sync health.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Co-own shared responsibilities including offline resiliency, performance & latency, SDLC release alignment, payload validation, tenant onboarding, and graceful failover UX.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years as a PO / technical PO with admin, content, or platform delivery.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Full-stack admin portal or CMS experience. Familiarity with media ingestion and CDNs, and proven Agile backlog ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare content or localization experience.
• Experience with CDN, streaming, or media pipelines.
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., meal ordering, drug guides).
• Exposure to device management or admin tooling.
