We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support a major airline integration and platform transformation programe.

This role will sit at the centre of a complex ecosystem spanning airline integrations, customer-facing digital products, loyalty platforms, and third-party services. The successful candidate will help shape product direction, drive prioritization, and align teams around delivery outcomes across a rapidly evolving transformation roadmap.

This is a hands-on Product Manager role suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and experienced working closely with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams on large-scale platform and integration change.

Key responsibilities

  • Own product direction and prioritization across integration and platform transformation workstreams.
  • Define and evolve product roadmaps aligned to business priorities, customer impact, and technical constraints.
  • Work closely with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to shape requirements into scalable product and platform outcomes.
  • Lead backlog management, prioritization, and delivery sequencing across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Identify risks, impacts, trade-offs, and potential breaking changes across consuming platforms and customer journeys.
  • Ensure teams have clear context, priorities, and decision-making support to deliver effectively.
  • Maintain visibility of roadmap progress, delivery risks, assumptions, and strategic decisions.
  • Support release planning and coordination across interconnected workstreams and platforms.
  • Balance long-term platform evolution with short-term business and delivery needs.
  • Contribute to improving product ways of working, delivery governance, and cross-team collaboration.

Experience required

Experience working as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or Product Lead within complex technology environments.

Experience working on travel, airline, loyalty, ecommerce, or customer-facing digital platforms.

Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams on platform or integration-heavy programmes.

Strong product backlog management and prioritization experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where requirements, priorities, and solutions evolve over time.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience coordinating dependencies, priorities, and delivery outcomes across multiple teams and systems.

Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear product direction and business outcomes.

Commercially and customer focused, with a pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

Experience with API and integration-heavy product ecosystems.

Experience supporting platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience working across multiple customer-facing digital products or channels.

Familiarity with airline, loyalty, booking, or servicing ecosystems.

Experience working within scaled agile or cross-functional product organizations.
