With our relentless pursuit of excellence and curiosity, we lead innovation in our industry. We humanize technology by actively listening to our clients, crafting tailored proposals, and delivering on the promise of technology with precision and purpose.

We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager who will be pivotal in defining and driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and feature development of our products. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a strong sense of strategic thinking, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Define, manage, and execute product strategies across multiple service classes, ensuring alignment with Summit’s business goals and product objectives.
  • Partner with Product Operations to streamline workflows, accelerate validation cycles, and improve decision velocity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, project management, and product management, to develop and launch innovative products and solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across a broad and evolving portfolio, from planning and execution to validation and iteration.
  • Manage and prioritize collaborative timelines for product development and release cycles.
  • Establish and track product goals and KPIs to guide execution and measure success.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on product development progress, key milestones, and any risks or issues.
  • Use data and customer feedback to refine roadmap execution and drive continuous improvement.
  • Incorporate market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Apply your knowledge of data center services, managed cloud platforms, virtual desktop infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions to guide product decisions and cross-functional planning.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and team capacity.
  • Utilize Jira, Confluence, and other internal tooling to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and efficient product roadmap delivery.

What You’ll Deliver:

  • Develop new product features in alignment with business objectives and in coordination with technical teams, validated through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure technically sound product decisions are made and provide product guidance, contributing to platform integrity and service reliability.
  • Launch products with a complete go-to-market strategy, including sales enablement, positioning, and marketing collateral.
  • Own and publish a transparent roadmap with regular progress updates, collaborating with project management to track milestones and communicate status.
  • Produce insights and recommendations from analytics and customer feedback that directly inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Ensure product scope and priorities are aligned and documented through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Introduce measurable improvements to product lifecycle processes that enhance speed, quality, and cross-team efficiency.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, particularly within technology services such as data center services, managed cloud platforms, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate cross-functional work and drive product momentum.
  • Demonstrated ability to build alignment across departments and guide initiatives from strategy to launch.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to advocate for user needs while balancing technical feasibility and business goals.
  • Technical fluency in modern infrastructure, product development practices, and systems for scalable delivery.
  • Experience contributing to internal enablement materials, documentation, or go-to-market planning.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with the Pragmatic Institute framework or similar product management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence or related product collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or hosting environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Advanced data analytics skills to support product decision-making.
