We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive high-impact technical projects from inception to completion. You’ll push teams to deliver exceptional results, ensure alignment with business goals, and act as a critical bridge between our London product team and India development team.
Your impactLead & Execute: Define ambitious project objectives, develop roadmaps, and drive teams to deliver on aggressive timelines.
Align & Communicate: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless execution.
Optimise & Solve: Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and implement innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
Deepen Product Understanding: Dive into the product’s technical and user aspects, ensuring development aligns with user needs.
Monitor & Elevate: Track key metrics, set performance standards, and push teams to continuously improve.
What you'll need to be successfulTechnical & Product Expertise
2+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company
Engineering degree preferred (hands-on engineering experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of software architecture and machine learning models
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
Experience aligning engineering, product, and business teams on strategic goals
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
Proactive problem-solver with a bias for action
Ability to define and track key metrics & KPIs to measure project success
Proven track record of delivering on aggressive timelines with business impact
