Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Innovative Environment: Be at the forefront of product strategy, balancing feasibility, viability, and desirability to create cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborative Culture: Work closely with stakeholders, influencing and managing expectations to drive impactful product decisions.
• Technical Excellence: Utilize your expertise to optimize product performance and continuously improve technical solutions.
• Empowerment: Coach and guide technical product teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and fostering effective customer engagement.
• Creativity and Innovation: Lead the development of new technical products, identifying market opportunities and defining key features.
• User-Centric Approach: Enhance user experience through qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring our products meet and exceed user expectations.
• Engineering Best Practices: Participate in development activities, continuous integration, and automated deployment to maintain efficient engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.Minimum of three years related work experience.

• Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
