The Role

             

Technical Product Manager

In this role, you will be acting as a Technical Product Manager for an AI-powered, clinical analytics product. You will own the technical product strategy while acting as the overall product owner and business analyst for your product. You will work with business stakeholders, user experience designers, development, and our data science team to develop cohesive and technically sound solutions that meet business needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the development team and act as the primary liaison to the business, ensuring ongoing visibility to development strategy and progress.

Your typical activities will include:

  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, lead refinement and ensure implemented stories meet user expectations.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and balance trade-offs between roadmap work and non-functional work.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX design, and delivery management to create and execute delivery plans.
  • Drive early solutioning, estimating and contribute to roadmaps
  • Partner with users, Customer Success and Customer Support to gain user acceptance and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years’ experience acting as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical people.
  • Leads through partnership, collaboration, and servant leadership principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on an Agile software development team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A technical degree, with a combination of product management, software delivery, and data science experience.
  • Exposure to life sciences domain and/or clinical trials.
  • An understanding of the fundamentals of architecture and software development processes and procedures, including agile approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including good command of the English language.
