What you'll do:

  • Building, driving and owning a product from scratch with key local and global stakeholders such as, marketplace operations, partnership, legal, accounting, engineering and customer. 
  • Build high quality product roadmaps based on our vision and strategy. 
  • Manage trade-offs to guarantee the right features are built with the right quality at the right time. 
  • Promoting -driving decision making throughout the team. 
  • Ability to criticize and manage priorities that really add value to stakeholders  
  • Partnering with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
  • Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives. 
  • Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas. 
  • Knowledge with the backstage, processes, APIs, and technical conversations.

What you'll need:

  • Solid experience in technology Products as Product Owner, Associate Product Manager or Business Analyst. 
  • Experience in Project Management of medium to large projects with tight timelines 
  • Obsessed with building the best experience for our customer/suppliers 
  • Being passionate about solving problems 
  • Having acted with back and frontend teams 
  • Flexibility with scope changes (important to mention that our Pillar can be restructured, so please make sure that you would feel comfortable with sudden changes). 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss business concepts with product mindset.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a setting. 
  • Being detail oriented and having economic mindset, such as ability to tackle the major numbers of customer pain points with one shoot.
  • Capacity to develop tech products based on original ideas, approaches, and solutions 
  • Technology background (who have participated in integration processes between systems (or at least are interested in it)).
