Technical Product Manager

About the role 

You will be in charge of the interface between product and technology. You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team to develop technical solutions that will allow us to grow and keep our stack maintainable. 

You will be in charge of: 

• Our technical roadmap 
• Managing 3rd party solutions and partners on the technical side - Leading the prioritization for our tech and data team 
• Owning the interface between development, data and product 
• Research and implement solutions that solve our tech and product issues - You will help us to drive retention, LTV and other metrics that keep our company healthy
•  Identifying the needs for resources and driving hiring decisions

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager, with an eye for pragmatic technical solutions that scale well. For the size of our business, we are a comparatively small team, by design. Our philosophy is to hire experience, and partner with strong 3rd parties to keep our infrastructure landscape lean. 

You have demonstrated in your previous positions that you can find robust technical solutions for tricky problems in operations and product development. You have worked with different tech stacks and are flexible about stack, your main objective is to help build great products. 

Further: 

- Experience with e-commerce products 

- Experience with subscription-based products (app, web) is a plus - You are comfortable reading and making sense of data 

- You are aware and can make sense of industry metrics like LTV, AOV, CPA - Ability to use query languages to answer basic product questions - Ability to write simple scripts to demonstrate proof of concepts
