We are searching for a dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead our platform team in developing and delivering next-generation solutions. This role requires a strong background in computer science or software engineering, coupled with a deep understanding of web3 technologies and blockchain protocols.


๐Ÿ’ผ What You Will Be Doing


๐Ÿ”ง Product Development & Strategy: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.

Drive the development of SDKs, internal and external infrastructure for NFT marketplaces and other applications.ย 


๐Ÿ‘ฅ Stakeholder Management: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, community members, and business partners, to gather feedback and align product strategies.


๐ŸŒ Community Engagement: Cultivate strong ties with the Web3 developer community, participating in forums, events, and discussions to understand emerging trends and user needs.


๐Ÿ“Š Analytics & Iteration: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and iterate on features to improve user experience and drive adoption.


๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities


๐Ÿ’ก Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.


๐Ÿ” Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of product initiatives.


๐ŸŒฑ Continuous Improvement: Implement agile methodologies and best practices to streamline development processes and accelerate time-to-market


๐Ÿ“ˆ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.


Skills and qualities needed:


- Strong technical background in computer science or software engineering, with experience in developing and managing complex systems.

- Deep understanding of web3 technologies, including blockchain protocols, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts.

- Proven track record of working effectively with engineering teams, both internally and externally, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and engage with the Web3 community.

- Passion for innovation and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies and market dynamics.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options, Tokens and performance based variable part with an OTE ranging from 120k- $260k. Final offer amount will be at the companyโ€™s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.ย
