About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

JD.com is seeking multiple experienced Technical Product Managers to join our growing technical teams at Joybuy (https://www.joybuy.com/). Joybuy is JD.com's European full-category online retail brand, designed to provide customers with a faster, more convenient, and more cost-effective shopping experience. Offering same-day and next-day delivery across the UK, Joybuy combines speed, reliability, and affordability to meet the needs of modern shoppers.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may manage products across the Joybuy mobile app user journey, search and recommendation, post-order payment and refund processing, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, warehouse management systems (WMS), or transportation management systems (TMS). You will work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, commercial, and operations teams to deliver user-centric solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and enhance opportunities within the mobile app user journey, including features like new customer acquisition, promotions, product details, guided shopping, payment options and customer reviews, or other applications related to search and recommendation, post-order fund processing, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, WMS and TMS.

  • Define user lifecycles and user segments, establish performance metrics, and develop a structured framework for measuring product performance.

  • Manage product roadmaps and release milestones, incorporating user insights, industry trends, and data analytics to optimize the user experience.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to shape and implement app product strategies based on user needs and business plans that extend to our global markets.

  • Enable business initiatives and support decision-making by balancing user-centric design with machine learning capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of recent experience in product management within European e-commerce.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate across various teams and leverage data for decision-making.

  • Professional working proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Chinese, Dutch, German, or French.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale consumer applications (e.g., apps with over 1 million daily active users).

  • Experience working across multiple regions and in multicultural environments is preferred.
