Technical Product Manager/Project Manager

Hybrid TPM + Client Success role owning product development coordination (project management), customer-facing demos/discovery, and cross-functional stakeholder management across the product suite (front-end, mid-cycle, and backend).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering teams to manage/drive product development priorities, roadmap execution, and delivery timelines as a Technical Product/project Manager
• Serve as primary liaison between internal Operations and external clients (existing and prospective) for product-related needs
• Work side-by-side with Client Success and Sales/Pre-Sales teams to support the deal lifecycle
• Lead and support product demos and discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients
• Support product solutioning from a business/commercial angle, translating client needs into product requirements
• Coordinate across product lines (front-end, mid-cycle, backend) to ensure consistent client-facing messaging and solution fit
• Create polished customer-facing artifacts (presentations, proposals, solution decks) leveraging AI tools for efficiency and quality
• Act as a trusted stakeholder-facing representative across internal (engineering, sales, ops) and external (client) audiences
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience in technical product management, ideally in a TPM or hybrid PM/Client Success capacity
• Strong track record of customer-facing/stakeholder management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools to build presentations, demos, and customer artifacts
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and client success teams
• Prior exposure to RCM, healthcare tech, or SaaS product environments a plus

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Software Delivery, or related roles.
• Experience supporting software development projects and cross-functional technology initiatives required.
• Healthcare technology, healthcare services, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, automation initiatives, data projects, or digital transformation programs preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Ability to travel periodically based on business needs.
