Disney Experiences (DX) Technology & Digital is the dynamic force behind the technical solutions that power the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. We're currently seeking a passionate Technical Product Manager to lead in our Digital Lodging product team . In this role, you'll oversee the complete development of company-owned technology-based product initiatives, from inception to launch, supporting products that enable customer gatherings and travel agent sales for worldwide bookings at our parks, resorts, and more.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a talent for developing and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, solution design, and technical delivery plans from ideation to launch and beyond. You should have a passion for learning and a keen interest in the technical aspects of products with a consistent focus on solving customer needs. This is a project hire position through the end of 2026 with no guarantee of permanent placement.
What You'll Do:

  • Shape the strategy: Architect the Disney-owned product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Execute with clarity: Lead technical requirements analysis, design, solutions, prioritization, execution, testing, and production support with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication with peers and leadership.
  • Define success: Define customer needs through user-centric design techniques and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance while identifying areas for optimization that enable continuous improvements through delivery.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering, data, design, commercial, and customer support.
  • Set the priority: Prioritize with our business, product, and engineering partners, managing technical discussions to drive alignment.
  • Deliver excellence: Coordinate and communicate consistent delivery of product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery and continuous deployment.
  • Think proactively: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables.
  • Lead communication: Passionately advocate for your product(s) both internally and externally while educating stakeholders and customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Look beyond: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.


Required Q u alifications & Skills :

  • A minimum of 3+ years of product management experience, with a technical focus.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products through recognizing customer needs, creating a vision, building roadmaps, identifying success measurements, and executing excellence with peers.
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience leading initiatives that span several teams and functional areas.
  • Proven ability to translate customer and business needs through requirements, design mockups, and technical solution documentation.
  • Proven experience operati ng within an agile collaborative environment .
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to bring clarity and direction through written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data and hypothesis-driven aptitude, with the ability to flex both business and technical thinking.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with consumer-facing products and services (i.e. websites, mobile applications, etc.)
  • Experience with microservices and API-oriented products.
  • Experience within hospitality and/or technology industr ies .
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office a pplications.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps and test automation principles.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
